The second “Fireside” Jordan of the season released on Friday, October 30, at $205. Foot Locker’s launch calendar had listed the women’s Air Jordan 3 “Fireside” for that date, and that’s when it landed. The UK and Spain had it four weeks earlier: Nike GB and Nike Spain have sold it since October 2.
Brown on brown
It’s a brown-on-brown Air Jordan 3: a tumbled Velvet Brown leather upper, a darker brown collar, and the AJ3’s elephant print on the toe and heel in a tonal brown. The pattern shows as texture rather than contrast.
Rust Pink laces and a Pearl White Jumpman with “AIR” on the heel are the only light notes up top. Underneath, a gum outsole with the Jordan wordmark finishes the cosy look, and the visible Air unit sits in a brown midsole.
It pairs naturally with the Air Jordan 12 “Fireside”, which dropped six days earlier in cream leather and Cacao Wow nubuck.
Can you still get a pair?
Yes, in women’s sizes. In the US it’s on Foot Locker’s launch page, limit one per person, and on Nike’s US product page. In the UK it’s on Nike GB.
Women’s sizes run 1.5 above men’s: a men’s 9 is a women’s 10.5, so check the conversion before you buy.
How it went
Nike’s US page swung both ways before the drop. On October 22 it showed the pair sold out with no date, so our buy button went to Foot Locker. By the day after the release, Nike was carrying it again in most sizes. On November 2, Nike’s US stock had 16 of 21 sizes, all deep, and its European stock 15 of 20. Our hype score of 39 is an estimate, with no resale data yet. More Jordans on our Jordan page.
