Nike SB’s skate version of the Air Force 1 Low comes in navy and black on Friday, November 13. It costs $120 on SNKRS. There’s no Nike GB or Nike Spain page for it yet.
An AF1 padded for skating
Nike says it has retooled the 1980s Air Force 1 for skating. The collar gets extra padding around the ankle.
The upper is navy suede, which Nike’s listing calls premium nubuck. The Swoosh, the heel tab and the sidewalls are black, and so is the classic AF1 outsole. The heel tab carries a Nike SB Air logo, and the sidewall keeps the debossed Air.
How to get a pair
It’s on Nike’s SNKRS listing in men’s sizes. Nike’s launch data has it first come, first served, not a draw.
UK and Europe: not listed on Nike GB or Nike Spain yet. Nike’s European stock feed does list 18 sizes for it, none in stock.
Will it be hard to get?
Unlikely. Nike’s US stock feed already shows 20 sizes, 13 of them at its highest stock level. Our hype score is 30. More Air Force 1 drops are on our Nike page.
