The Nike Vomero Premium SP “Skeleton” goes live on Nike’s SNKRS app in the US on Tuesday, October 27 at 10:00 ET, priced at $230. It’s an all-black pair (Nike lists the colorway as Black/Iron Grey/Black) with a reflective print of a foot’s bones on the upper, style code IV7509-001.
What the Skeleton is
Underneath, it’s the standard Vomero Premium: a full-length ZoomX midsole with two Air Zoom units, one under the forefoot and one under the heel, sitting in a window you can see from the side. The upper is engineered mesh, and the outsole is Nike’s Waffle pattern in high-abrasion rubber. Nike gives the weight as about 351g (12.4 oz) for a men’s US 10.
The Halloween part is the graphic. Nike describes reflective skeletal graphics on the upper, so in daylight it reads as a plain black runner and the bones show up under headlights or a camera flash. Kith’s product notes add Nike Run branding on the padded tongue, an embroidered Swoosh on the heel, a Swoosh embossed on the midsole and Vomero branding on the footbed.
Release date and price
US: Tuesday, October 27 at 10:00 ET on Nike’s SNKRS listing, $230, men’s sizes. Nike isn’t the first US stop, though: Kith listed it on Thursday, October 22 at the same $230, limited to two pairs per customer and US shipping only.
In the UK and Spain it isn’t waiting on a SNKRS launch: Nike’s UK and Spanish sites have listed it as a regular product since Tuesday, October 20, at £209.99 and 229.99 €. The UK page is Nike GB’s Vomero Premium SP listing.
Will it be hard to get?
Probably not. It’s spread across Nike in three countries and Kith, and the lowest ask on Stadium Goods sits at $289, about 1.26 times retail. Our hype score is 32. It sits alongside the rest of Nike’s Halloween run, like the Book 2 “Scary Chapter”; more on the Nike page.
If you want it for running rather than the shelf, US sizes and the SNKRS time are the two things to have ready: 10:00 ET on Tuesday.
