Update, November 6: Both pairs are out now, in the US and Spain.
LaMelo Ball’s line crossed into Stranger Things on Friday, November 6. The MB.06 basketball shoe is $135, and the LaFrancé lifestyle pair is $120, on both PUMA’s US and Spanish sites.
Why Hawkins
PUMA’s own page says the MB.06 mixes LaMelo’s “otherworldly energy with icons from Hawkins”. Hawkins is the small town at the centre of Stranger Things, where creatures come through from the Upside Down.
The show is still putting out new stories. Netflix released the animated spin-off Tales From ’85, set in a snowed-in Hawkins, in April 2026.
LaMelo’s shoes have done this kind of crossover before. There was an MB.04 “Scooby-Doo” and an MB.03 “Halloween”.
Teeth on the MB.06, veins on the LaFrancé
The MB.06 comes in what PUMA calls Pale Plum and Purple Charcoal. A grey, scaly-looking upper carries a mouth of cream teeth along the heel and inside the window in the midsole. The tongue, laces and collar are a hot coral red. “1 of 1” and “Rare” are written along the side, and “Melo” is moulded into the sole.
The LaFrancé is the opposite. It’s almost all red, covered in dark blue branching lines like veins, with chunky blue laces. PUMA calls the colour Glowing Red and Hyperlink Blue, and says it has plush cushioning and co-branded details.
Can you still get a pair?
Both shoes are out now on PUMA’s US site: the MB.06 and the LaFrancé. Foot Locker lists the LaFrancé too, one pair per person.
In Spain, PUMA’s Spanish site has both as well: the MB.06, sold as a unisex shoe, and the LaFrancé. We found no UK listing for either pair.
There was no draw on PUMA’s own pages, just first come, first served. Both are general releases, and more of LaMelo’s pairs are on our PUMA page.
