Another pair in Jordan Brand’s Space Jam anniversary run is the Air Jordan 11 “Green Screen” (IQ5700-900), dated on Nike’s SNKRS listing for Saturday, November 14 at 10:00 ET. Men’s sizes are $255; a big kids’ version (IZ1373-900) drops at the same time for $200. In the UK and Spain it comes first: Nike’s product data behind its Nike GB and Nike Spain pages has it on Thursday, November 5, nine days before the US, at £189.99 and 209,99 €; one UK release calendar still shows November 14.
Why green screen
Nike says the colorway takes its cue from the green screens that let Space Jam bring the real world into a cartoon one. The film was shot almost entirely that way: with no Looney Tunes on set, the studio hired comic actors dressed head to toe in green to stand in for them, often moving around on their knees.
The shoe was already part of the film. Nike’s own history of the 11, a Tinker Hatfield design first released in 1995, says it was one of the most wanted sneakers going even before its big-screen debut in Space Jam. This pair puts the shoe from the film in the colour of the stage it was filmed on.
The date fits too. Space Jam opened in US cinemas on November 15, 1996, so this pair lands the day before the film turns 30; Nike’s listing says the release celebrates 30 years since MJ met Bugs Bunny.
The shoe
Nike lists the colorway as Multi-Color/Lucky Green/Orange Peel/Gym Green. The upper is green suede, and the 11’s usual patent leather mudguard is swapped for tonal suede, so the whole shoe reads as one shade, laces included. Underneath, Nike’s photos show a pale, translucent green outsole with orange traction pods and a Jumpman in the middle.
Nike also mentions special box art, and its top-down photo shows a printed graphic on the insoles. Nike hasn’t described either in detail yet.

The rest of Space Jam’s 30th
It’s one of several 11s in the anniversary run: the Jordan 11 MCS “Space Jam” baseball cleat on November 5, the women’s Air Jordan 11 “Magic Ball” on November 11 and the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam”, reported for December 12. The Air Jordan 1 Low SE “Magic Ball” opens the collection on November 5, alongside the cleat. Everything else dated is on our Jordan page.
At $255 it costs $20 more than the women’s 11 “Magic Ball”. Nike’s data has it as a first-come order, not a draw, though that can change before the day; in the US, be on SNKRS at 10:00 ET sharp.
