Update, November 3: The Ja 4 High “Zombie” is on Nike’s own page, on sale since October 31 at $180 with most sizes gone. The KD19 “Slim Reaper” also released October 30. Nike’s G.T. Cut 4 “Halloween” still has no public date, though Nike’s own data points to December 2.
Nike Basketball put its athletes in Halloween costume again. Ten pairs make up the 2026 set, each built around a horror reference the player picked. The first of them released on Friday, October 23, at Nike.com and select Nike Basketball retailers.
The four pairs from October 23
Foot Locker’s release calendar listed these for Friday, October 23, in men’s sizes, one per person:
- Ja 4 “Zombie” ($140): Oil Green/Multi/Zombie. A distressed, torn-looking knit in green and grey, a glossy red Swoosh and red arrow pieces, on a marbled green sole. Foot Locker’s page.
- Giannis Freak 8 “Trick Question” ($130): Green/Gold, a Riddler nod: an all-over print on the green upper, purple laces and a gold Swoosh. Foot Locker’s page.
- S.T. Charge Halloween ($145): Cade Cunningham’s shoe in Taupe/Metallic Silver/Light British Tan. It’s a brown, textured take that Nike’s set ties to The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, a nod to his home state of Texas. Foot Locker’s page.
- Sabrina 4 Halloween ($145): Black/Grey/Red, Sabrina Ionescu’s vampire pair, with a red Swoosh and red speckling. Foot Locker’s page.
Foot Locker’s pages give the date and price but not Nike’s full style codes. Nike hasn’t put these on SNKRS, so the details are retailer-listed rather than confirmed by Nike.
The Ja 4 High “Zombie”
The low Ja 4 above isn’t the only zombie pair. A zip-up Ja 4 High “Zombie” has been on Nike’s own product page since Saturday, October 31, at $180, and Foot Locker’s calendar had it the same day. It’s a full University Red build down to the outsole, with Medium Olive accents and a zombie Morant graphic inside. It’s the first high-top version of the Ja 4.
The rest of the set
The Book 2 “Scary Chapter” released on October 30 (our post). The KD19 “Slim Reaper” also released October 30, on Nike.com at $170. Nike’s own listing data has it reaching the UK and Spain on November 8, at £154.99 and €169.99 respectively. Nike’s G.T. Cut 4 “Halloween” page still reads “Coming Soon” with no date shown to shoppers. Its own commerce data points to December 2 in the US, at $210. The same data has it in the UK and Spain on November 13, at £184.99 and €199.99 — provisional until Nike posts them. The Caitlin 1 “Jinx”, A’Two “Potion No. 22” and LeBron 24 “Storm Drain” still have no date on a retailer calendar. We’ll add dates as listings firm up.
How it went
Foot Locker capped each of the October 23 four at one per person, and none was a hard pair on paper. On November 2 we couldn’t read stock on Foot Locker’s pages, which load it in the browser. The Ja 4 High went faster: on November 2, Nike’s US stock had 6 of its 25 sizes left, all running low.
This sits alongside Nike’s other seasonal drops: the Air Jordan 5 “Halloween” on October 17 and the Air Force 1 ’01 “Nightmare”, which shared the October 23 date. The regular LeBron 24 is covered in our LeBron 24 launch post. More on our Nike page.
