Nike’s “lazy Blazer” gets its second colorway, and the price goes up. The Blazy “Tie Dye” is $105, $10 more than the first Blazy, the “Varsity Red”, which launched on October 15 at $95. It’s on SNKRS and Nike.com on Wednesday, November 4.
The first Blazy reached Nike’s UK and Spanish pages two days after its US launch. It cost £79.99 on Nike GB. On Nike Spain it was €89.99. This one isn’t listed in either market yet.
Tie-dye panels, shaggy suede
Nike describes the Blazy as a Blazer with more room in the toe box. Its double-taped midsole tips the shoe back as if it were reclining, which is where the “lazy” name comes from. Nike’s colour line is Dark Sulfur/Sail/Multi-Color.
In Nike’s photos, the quarter panels and Swoosh are tie-dye fabric in pink, purple, orange, teal and black. Shaggy Dark Sulfur suede covers the toe, eyestay and heel around them. The laces match the suede, the double-taped midsole is sail, and the outsole is the Blazer’s herringbone. The tongue label and sockliner carry an orange Nike logo.
How to get a pair
It’s on Nike’s SNKRS listing and Nike.com on Wednesday, November 4, first come, first served. Nike GB and Nike Spain don’t list it yet.
Will it be hard to get?
Probably not. The “Varsity Red” was still in every men’s size on Nike’s own page two weeks after its launch, per our post on it. This one is also first come, first served, at $105. More from the brand on our Nike page.
