Ten months into 2026, Jordan Brand has put out a strong run of retros and collabs. These are the eight pairs from January to early October that we’d still go out of our way for, ranked. It’s a living page: we’ll add the November and December drops when they’ve landed.
How we ranked
Four things, roughly equal: how much people wanted the pair (resale against retail and how fast it went), how much it adds to the model’s history (a first-time retro, a sample finally made, a collaborator with something to say), how it looks against earlier versions, and whether you could actually buy one at retail. Prices are US retail. Resale moves daily, so we describe it rather than quote it. Nobody paid to be on this list.
Nigel Sylvester AJ4 “Brick After Brick”
The follow-up to Nigel Sylvester’s 2025 “Brick by Brick” takes its colours from the original Fire Red 4 and keeps the BMX rider’s Bike Air flip on the heel. It released Friday, May 22, at $230 on SNKRS, with Sylvester running his own release alongside. It’s the most complete Jordan collab of the year.
Virgil Abloh Archive AJ1 “Alaska”
The all-white Off-White AJ1 that was a Europe exclusive in 2018 came back worldwide on Friday, April 3, at $230: the first global release under the Virgil Abloh Archive name. Complex reported it sold out.
Air Jordan 3 “Bin 23”
The Bin 23 line, Jordan Brand’s wine-themed premium series from 2010, got its first-ever 3. Nike listed it for Saturday, June 13, at $355, the most expensive retro here, and reports put production at around 2,300 pairs. It’s the most limited pair here.
Travis Scott AJ1 Low “Shy Pink”
Half of Travis Scott’s “Pink Pack”, released alongside a Tropical Pink pair on Friday, May 29, at $155. The cheapest pick here, and Complex noted its resale held up in a slow market.
Air Jordan 5 “Wolf Grey”
The 2011 Wolf Grey 5 got its first retro on Saturday, February 28 (style code DD0587-002). Reports disagree on retail, $215 or $220. Since launch it has traded above retail on resale, which most general-release 5s don’t manage.
Air Jordan 3 “Laser”
Sail leather covered in laser-etched Jordan graphics, with brown Palomino suede where the elephant print would usually be and a red Jumpman on the tongue. Nike’s listing has it at $230 (JA1369-001); it released Saturday, August 22. Not a hard pair to get, but the most original-looking 3 of the year.
Air Jordan 9 “Space Jam”
The original Space Jam colors on the 9, released Saturday, September 19, at $215 through SNKRS and select Jordan retailers. A straightforward retro in the film’s 30th-anniversary year, and the start of a Space Jam run that continues with the 11 in December.
Air Jordan 1 High OG “Royal”
The 1985 Black and Royal 1 returned on Saturday, October 10, at $185. One of the two or three most important AJ1 colorways, at a fair price. Price and where to buy.
Close, but not quite
- fragment x Union x Air Jordan 1 High OG: three pairs in February, but dates and prices differed by region and retailer, and resale was all over the place.
- Air Jordan 6 “Infrared Salesman” and Air Jordan 6 “Oreo”: both worth having, both easy to find below retail.
Still to come in 2026: the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam”, expected Saturday, December 12.
